Website purpose
This website provides information about Rectangle Frames and allows visitors to submit custom framing inquiries. It is not an online store and does not automatically accept orders or payments.
Inquiries are not orders
Submitting a request does not create a purchase or payment obligation, reserve production capacity, guarantee availability, or require either party to proceed. You may withdraw an inquiry before order confirmation. An order exists only after the project details, personalized quote, and payment arrangements are communicated and explicitly confirmed.
Pricing information
Each project receives a personalized quote. Pricing depends on the confirmed dimensions, materials, finishes, design complexity, and additional components or work. Shipping is calculated separately. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or payment obligation.
Payment arrangements
The website does not collect payment. The payment method, amount, and timing for a proposed project are discussed and agreed individually. Production begins after the order is confirmed and the payment terms are agreed.
Information you submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share. Dimensions and project details supplied by you may affect fit, design, price, and feasibility.
Confirmed custom orders
After order confirmation, cancellation or modification options depend on the terms agreed for that project and how far manufacturing has progressed. Project-specific materials, finish, dimensions, pricing, payment, production, shipping, and other confirmed details are governed by the agreed order terms.
Returns and consumer rights
Return conditions for custom-made products are communicated before order confirmation. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Manufacturing issues
If a finished product contains a manufacturing error or does not match the specifications agreed for the order, contact Rectangle Frames so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be determined.
Shipping damage
Shipping damage may be reported for review. Include photographs of the product and packaging, and retain the packaging where reasonably possible.
Website content
Website content and illustrative imagery are provided for general information and design inspiration. Colors and material appearance vary across screens. Illustrative gallery images are not represented as completed customer projects.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to abuse the inquiry form.
Intellectual property
The Rectangle Frames name, website design, text, graphics, and original imagery are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. No ownership rights are transferred by access to the website.
