How It Works

A clear path to a made-to-order frame

Custom work benefits from conversation. The process keeps design choices, order status, and expectations clear before anything is made.

01

Send a request

Tell us what you are framing, include its width and height if known, and describe the style or setting. Your submission is an inquiry, not an order.

02

Discuss the project

We contact you to clarify dimensions, material preferences, finish, profile, presentation, and delivery considerations.

03

Receive a personalized quote

Pricing is prepared for the agreed dimensions, materials, finishes, design complexity, and additional components or work. Shipping is calculated separately.

04

Confirm the order

Review the quote and decide whether to proceed. Order and payment arrangements are discussed and confirmed before production begins.

05

Production

Your frame is made for the confirmed dimensions and design. Project-specific updates or questions are handled through your agreed contact method.

06

Shipping

The finished frame is prepared for shipment to the confirmed US destination using the method discussed for the order.

Customer-owned materials

Contact us before sending anything

Artwork, photographs, posters, or other customer-owned materials may be accepted for approved framing projects. Wait until Rectangle Frames has reviewed the project and provided shipping or delivery instructions before sending personal materials.

An inquiry is not a confirmed order

The website does not take payment or automatically create orders. Submitting an inquiry creates no purchase or payment obligation. A project moves into production only after consultation, a personalized quote, confirmed payment arrangements, and your explicit order confirmation.
