Rectangle Frames serves customers across the United States. Because every project differs in size, weight, materials, and destination, shipping is addressed as part of the custom quote.
Where we ship
Requests are accepted from customers in the United States. Whether and how a particular finished frame can be shipped depends on its dimensions, construction, weight, destination, and other order-specific considerations.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated separately from custom frame pricing. Any shipping cost that applies to your project is communicated with the personalized order details before you decide whether to confirm the order.
Sending customer-owned materials
Artwork, photographs, posters, or other customer-owned materials may be accepted for approved framing projects. Contact Rectangle Frames at [email protected] or +1 (279) 529-9380 and wait for instructions before shipping personal materials.
Packaging and carrier
Packaging and carrier selection are determined in relation to the confirmed frame and destination. If a shipment requires special handling or has delivery limitations, those details should be resolved before confirmation.
Timing and delivery
Production timing and transit timing are separate. Any project-specific estimate is informational rather than a guarantee unless the confirmed order terms explicitly state otherwise. Carrier delays and delivery conditions can occur after a shipment leaves production.
Inspecting delivery
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact Rectangle Frames so the circumstances can be reviewed. Include photographs of the product and packaging, and retain the packaging where reasonably possible.
Custom-made products
Return conditions for a custom-made product are communicated before order confirmation. If a finished product contains a manufacturing error or does not match the specifications agreed for the order, report the issue for review and an appropriate resolution. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
